I think option 3 is correct because they will be having the same common difference as the series will go ahead

Answer is hp. Just take eg of 2,4,6.surely this is an ap. Now their reciprocal 1/2,1/4,1/6.This is a hp by relation HM=2ab/a+b where 1/4 is required HM of 1/2 & 1/6. Check it yourself .
