yes , for sure there is a chance , but your rank should be within 10-20 only then MIT will aceept you .
otherwise u need to write its aptitude test called as SAT , and also it accept based upon the CAT score .
so, check it on their official website ,there are alos some seats reserved for jee advanced candidates .
