If i score 150 marks in jee main,can i get admission in svnit get good branch? And can i get over 10lakhs salary?

I am not sure about good branch. But you do not have to worry about salary. Even students from branches which are not considered good as carrier option get salary much higher than 10 lakhs. Even you get lower branch, i suggest you should not give hope. Take part in activities organized in your campus. You can do phd or any higher degree from foreign institute and get a good job. But you should have good academic record . Take part in extra curricular activities.One of my friends did civil engineering. But the has salary of about 30 lakhs. He lives in london.
