If i buy the full jee pack of 20000....will my cousin will be able to use the same pack after 1 years ...ie.when he reaches 11th grade

Yeah, your brother will be able to use it later on as the basic concepts never change, it’s just there are a few improvisations (editions) as per new syllabus.
