i need some tips regarding managing the time table for the preparation of jee mains and advanced

frst of all u need to give max time to your weakest subject and less time to the strong one , but dnt ignore anything . 
2nd thing – while making time table make a balance on phy , chemi and maths , u need to give some more time to maths and phy than chemi as chemi contain  some theory ques . 
and while solving phy , solve only numericals , not theory . 
and maximum u have to study 4-5 hours on jee l;evel , jee level means quality study and that should not be clubbed with your school syllabus .
