i m in 12 .and next year i want give the entrance exam .so how should i fill up the form. in need full detailed information.
and also
if we failed in the entrance exam . can we try it next year.

You would get brochure with the Application form for the entrance exam in which you can find full detailed information about how to fill the form. Yes, you can try it next year.
