.. i m from OBC cat. & i m eligible 4 adv. bt while im filling my form 4 adv. then there is a big prob. they r asking 4 the date when my OBC cast certificate was issued & also a condition that the certificate is issued (on or before 1 june 2013 ) bt my certificate was issued in the year 2007 soo haw can i fill correct date, .... !!!
