Grade 10IIT JEE Entrance Exam

I have two options,.1. I can give my IITJEE from Delhi..or .2.. I can move to Port Blair A&N island and appear for IITJEE from there..
Which place will be more beneficial for availing HS Quota ..?

go for fiitjee delhi............ it has a nit which is developing very fast and had already moved very ahead in the race.................
