Grade 12th passIIT JEE Entrance Exam

i have passed grade 12th fro higher secondary board nepal with 72%. nd i am nepali citizen. if i crack jee advanced with good rank is it sure i will gwt admission in iit? i am sure i can be in 20 percentile of my board but our board doesnt provide cutoff for 20 percentile. plz kick up my this confusion. as a whole what much foreign national need to get in 12th for being eligible to get admission in iit

Hii
In order to study in IIT either you have to be PIO (Person of Indian Origin) or OCI(Overseas Citizen of India)

Else it is not possible to get admission
