I have done 10th in 2016 from cbse and 12th from open schooling in 2019 being in top 20 %ile am i eligible for IIT or NIT?

I would like to add that you re elegible , But you will get only one chance to crack. 
You will not get another chance.
Means your 10 th is in 2016 
Then you can write jee in 2018 and 2019 
Not in 2020.
