HELLO THERE!

The elligibility criteria for IIT is here:

First, you have to appear for JEE Mains, which is now being organized by the NTA twice a year. The test has one paper of 360 marks (120 for Maths, 120 for Physics and 120 for Chemistry).

If you qualify JEE Mains, with a percentile greater than 96, you can easily apply for NIT. Otherwise, if you want to be an IITian, then you need to crack JEE Advanced after qualifying JEE Mains.

JEE Advanced consists of two papers (the level of questions is too tough).
You qualify this: You are an IITian.
Else: You aren’t!

So if you have maths as an additional subject, that doesn’t matter. You need to practice it daily, and you have to make yourself strong at the subject so that you answer most of the questions in the examination to crack them.

That’s all.
