I got rank 3638 in JEE Advanced 2014. Which to choose – Material Sciences at IIT-K, Metallurgy/Mining at KGP, CSE at ISM or new IITs or some other option? Please help I have to put my choices.

I think you should cse at ISM, cse has good future scope than metallurgy /minning.
