Yes you are eligible for jee mains 2017 but not for jee advanced You are eligible for jee advanced if you belongs to sc/st category.

acc to the new criteria , you are not elligible for jee main and advanced if u belongs to general / OBC ( CREAMY AND NON CREAMY LAYER )
AND IF ANY OTHER CASTE LIKE SC/ST / PWD , then in that case you are elligible for mains , but for advanced u need to be in top 75 percentile of your respective board ..
