It`s quite difficult to get seat in NITS of India but you can try your state NIT as they will consider your state rank and there is a chance to get admission in fields like chemical and petroleum engineering as they don`t have much competition and there closing ranks are very much high...Hope you get in NIT....plz approve my answer

if u are looking for any top nits then u may not however if u r okay with any one of it and just looking out for the “brand” nit then u sure have many chance

You can get an nit but not the top ones and you should be getting any of the lower branches because the other branches require higher ranks
