OC ?? What does it stand for??...any way you should try visiting websites ofsome chosen ones IITs and get to know about cutoff list and rankings and acordigly find out the relevant detais. I may suggest you some names and you can pick any of them..........CEPT Uni, Ahmedabad...........Inst of Tech, Gopeshwar,....................Sagar Inst of Research and Tech, Bhopal,.....and Lovely Professional Uni, Phagwara
