You should be able to identify the different problems in every subjects. Try to find out the pattern in the mistakes you do. If you are able to identify this then you can definately improvise on that. Even if you are saying you are committing silly mistakes they has to be some type of common mistakes which you might be doing.
The most important part is you to be patient.Rest everything will fall into piece.
