I am totally not able to concentrate on Chemistry as have no interest in it.But have to crack IIT JEEat any cost.Please Suggest me how can I coup up all this mess created in Chemistry and I can concentrate.

firstly clear your basic conpect about on chemistry, you basic conpect in class 9 and 10 book.so you try to read and clear about basic conpect. you creak iit exam

for iit , frst of all start with ncert , and always try to relate the things with daily life , only then thing will intrest you . 
u find chemistry boring due to the complex mechanism in organic and reaction part in inorganic , 
and just practice that twice , then u will enjoy the subject ., 
and donot even think to ignore it as thats most imp and scoring subject
