IIT JEE Entrance Exam

I am PIO/OCI with USA Passport, Studying India. I stay in India with my parents who are indian citizens.
Please advsie if I will be eligible for admission to IIT’s. Would there be a seperate category for me or would fall in general category. Is there any diffent fee structure for me?

At present, the norms do not allow for you writing the JEE exam but there is an expection that the govt. is working on the policy making some changes in the admission policy concerning the foreign students/ PIO/ OCI.
