Grade 10IIT JEE Entrance Exam

i am in std 10 and i want to get a rank within 100 in JEE Main and Advance. So is it necessary to prepare for Jee from now only or from std 11???

Not necessary, you can prepare from std 11 as well.
One thing I would like to mention is that you build your foundations strong in 10th.
