Grade 10IIT JEE Entrance Exam

I am going to appear in iitjee exam in 2018 is it true that my 12 marks will not be added in exam. Also tell the other criterion for eligibility in exam . In 2018 i think only one jee paper and one aptitude paper would be there please give details about that.
