first of all you have to get a rank within 15000 then only you can qualify for iitjje advanced.
its not about being intelligent and average.sucess depends only on your effort in the right direction.
for this proper strategy is must.you to have to dedicate whole heartedly for 1 year in the right direction.
you can also ask question here in this site and we will provide guidance in the right direction.
the only thing being easiest is that be with us
