dear varun
about which exam u are talking about – jee mains or jee advanced ,
for getting 100 marks in mains u need to do the following work
1- practice prev year ques paper
2- focus on imp topics like complex number , semiconducter electronics , mechanics etc ..
3- give mock test everyday and analyse your score .
4- at least take 4-5 jee level test to check your performance
