u first have to read the complete theory part first and then
  1. remember the important keywords used in the chapter
  2. jot down the important lines or paragraphs for the help
  3. and then finally prepare flashcards for the necessary formulas rememberable lines and the keywords
  4. this would definitely help u out in the prepration of notes
