how many seats are supposed to increase in iit’s this year..?is there a chance for someone getting a 8-9k rank?

Dear Friend, the increase in number of seats depends on the number of deserving candidates, plus on number of vacant seats. My suggestion for you is to work hard, go for an extensive practice, join some reputed coaching center and then do well in the test. If you succeeded, you may be able to make it at an NIT/IIT else there are some other reputed institutions well known for quality education and best placements, you may consider – Alliance College of Engineering and Design, Bangalore,................Lovely Professional University, Phagwara,..............Manav Rachna, Faridabad,................BITS, Mesra
