hi friend,
if u give ur  best  in desciplined  way
you can complete whole syllabus in  just only  9  months
with good practice
u need  to give 105 days to maths
90 days to physics and
and  80  days  for  chemistry
if u give  
 
3 hours per day to each sub  seriously   
means total  9 hrs  per day
u can  achive   above  95 percent in    cbse   12
even  this  routine will ;so help u to   practice for  jee mains

so best of luck for ur exams

12th is easy as compared to 11th , so, u will not face problem if your `11th concepts are crystal clear , 
just study 7 HOURS PER DAY , 2 HRS FOR PHY ND CHEMI AND 3 hrs for maths as maths do take lot of time , and if u have eng and 6th opt subject , then 8 hrs per day , 1 hrs to eng and 6th opt . 
but u need to study with full focus , in 1 hr study the theory and the next 1 hr do the numericals in maths and phy , beacuse dnt loose time in studying theory in phy . "
and in chemi make a table and list of reactions , and all mechanism , that will help u in board exam .
