to score 200 in mains and advanced u need to do constant work but smarter work . 
1- prepare a time table and strictly follow it . 
2- donot follow many books as it will lead to confusion 

3- take online test series and evaluate your performance evryday . 
4- practice last 6-7 years of mains and advanced paper 
5- donot even try to cram anything , they will not help in jee 
6- never ignore ncert for organic and inorganic , they are too imp . 
7- take at much mock as u  can before the real exam
