Grade 12th passIIT JEE Entrance Exam

Hi my boards % was 68 in 2016 and I am applying for mains 2017 . After this new rule of getting 75% to take admsn in any NIT, is it apply on us too I mean for droppers too and this new rule was established when the dates of improvement exam are over so what should a dropper do in such a case.

yes , it will applicable to all candidate including the dropper , 
previously it was for jee advanced , now , its employed for jee mains . 
now u cannnot sit in the jee main councelling by josaa .
