Mathematics Vector 3D, Differential Calculus and Conics.
Physics Mechanics, Waves and Optics.
Chemistry Mole concept, Solutions, General Organic Chemistry, Coordination Compounds, d and f block, structure of atom.

These topics should be suffice to get 100+
