Hello, I am a student of 11th std just passed from 10th maharastra board and planning to crack IIT JEE. But , I am depressed a lot because of following reason. As JEE paper is based on CBSE syllabus of NCERT. So I need to read NCERT also or should I just follow my own board TBs. Also there are some topics maybe missing in my TBs.

Hi Kunal 😃
For board exams you can study your board textbooks and for JEE it's better to study NCERT.

If you are mainly concerned about getting good marks in 11th and 12th, then go for your board textbooks.

If you are interested in cracking JEE mains and advanced then NCERT is a must along with other reference books like HC Verma for Physics.
