You can get NIT S, but not sure about CS branch...although the chance is very less...

If you visit the official website of any IIT/NIT and check out the cutoff list....then try to find out a reputed college/university for admission...I may opine visiting any of the following institutions –
Maharishi Markandeshwar Uni, Ambala
Lovely Professional Uni, Phagwara
Guru Gobind Singh Inderprastha University, Delhi and
DIT Uni, Dehradun
