NCERT (you should try it's exercise and examples)
Concepts of Physics by HC Verma
Problems in General Physics- I.E. Irodov(tougher questions deepen your understanding on subject)

FOR CHEMISTRY

NCERT (still a must for jee chemistry)
Organic Chemistry - MS Chauhan for practice
Physical Chemistry - Askiitians Coaching material and RC Mukherjee
Inorganic Chemistry- JD Lee (for concepts) butmostly stick to NCERT
