Aim equation: C (graphite) → C (diamond)
Given;
Graphite C (graphite) + O2(g) → CO2(g)
= -393  (kJ/mol)  ----1
Diamond C (diamond) + O2(g) → CO2(g)
= -395  (kJ/mol)  ----2
Subtract 2 from 1

C (graphite) → C (diamond)                                ∆H = + 2(kJ/mol)
