they need not to be same, we can find molecularity in elementry step i.e no of molecules participatin in rate determining step (theoritically determined ) but order is experimentally determined i.e for complete rktion , eg CH3COOC2H5 +  H20 – CH3COOH + C2H5COOH  Order = 1 Molecularity = 2..
