Can I get IIT with sc category rank 2157 in jee advanced

IITs seems difficult. But you can get a govt college. But now days Private colleges are far better than the govt college. they provide better placement, better infrastructure than the govt colleges. if we talk about fees private universities like SRM, AMITY, LPU provide Scholarships to the students. So now a days there is no difference between private Universities and Govt colleges.
