For jee mains 2017 ,start with NCERT (specifily Chemistry ) ,and for maths and physics ,choice any particular book, so that u can complete it throughly ...(book which mainly based on jee mains only # not jee adv, because adv question pattern are different ,for adv u have follow jee adv based book) so Best of luck for 2017 mains

yes , for sure , but remember 1 thing – jee requires quality , not quantity , that means solve diffrent types ques to get mastry on a perticular subjct , not solve more ques on single type .
and most imp thing – dnt forget the previous papers of jee , they are very very imp .
and most imp – 3 month nearer to jee , start doing all india test series , that will help u to gain confidence .,
and always analyse a mistake and do come back on the next test .,
