can diploma student eligible to write jee mains / if it is possible / what are my chances / requirements / deadlines ?

Hi,

Yes you are eligible to write JEE exams for IITs but for that yourrank & score in JEE Mainwill not be considered for admissionin NITs & CFTIs. No board marks will be taken into account for calculating JEE Main score from the year 2020 onwards.
