Can a candidate who qualified Jee Mains 2014 but not Jee Advanced 2014 directly appear in Jee ADVANCED 2015 without appearing in Jee main 2015 ?

No there is no any provision ,the candidate has to clear mains-2015 to appear JEE-advanced- 2015.
