--- Why should you trust scientists? The "should" in this questions means you are asking a moral question. I.e. Why is it moral to trust scientists?
Because you trust scientists for all the things that you like....like health research, technology, and a functioning economy providing you the basic resources you consume, and of course, for Yahoo Answers.
So, if you trust scientists completely for all of that, but then say they aren't trustworthy when they discover things you don't like, then you're just a hypocrite. Hypocrisy is immoral.
