Dear student
As y coordinates is same. Hence it is clear that it will be a horizontal ellipse or its axis will be parallel to x axis.
Mid point of focii is the centre.
Hence centre is (0,1).
Hence equation of ellipse is:
x² /a² + (y-1)²/b² = 1
Now pass it from 0,0
You will get a relationship between a and b.
And also
a*e = 1
From b² = a² (1-e²)
You will get an relationship between a and b.
Now you can easily solve.
