Height of ballon at 10 second is
S=1/2 *(1.25)*(10)*(10)
=62.5
Speed of ballon after 10 sec-
v=10*1.25
=12.5m/s in upward direction 
The releasesd stone will aquire this speed
And acceleration for stone will be g=10m/s²
Therfore time taken by stone to reach the ground
62.5=-(12.5)t+1/2(10)(t²)
-> t=5 s
Maximum height attained by stone
62.5+7.8
=70.3
