taking one end or rod at origin , assume a charge Dq over it having lenght Dx
 
if charge on rod is Q and lenght is X then Dq = (Q*Dx)/(X)
 
hence field = K ( Dq)/((X+10)^2)  
put Dq and integrate Dx with limit 0 to X
