As your score is of 115 marks in IIT JEE 2010, so with these marks your estimated ank would be some where beyond 10000. According to the calculation chances are almost nil that t you can get any of the IIT's.
definately you can get any other engineering colleges , but then to also the subject will matter that whether you would be getting your desired branch or not.
However score may vary and as a result rank may also vary, a slight difference may create lots of difference in rank.
