Grade 12IIT JEE Entrance Exam

sir,

I gave my 12th boards exam in 2013 but could not make it to top 20 percentile. This year i am preparing for both jeemains and improvement exam . However, if i score less in improvement than what i scored in my boards , which result will be considered for jee mains 40% and other exams ?
