A hydrogen bond is formed if H is attached to highly electronegative atoms like F, O, N, etc.

It`s D , flourine is attached to the carbon and there are 3 hydrogens for hydrogen bonding so it will go for intra molecules hydrogen bonding rather than inter hydrogen bonding which is asked in the question
