How to calculate log and antilog in mind ?

Dear Akshay,
its very easy...
make it nearest to the whole integer power..and then apply approximations,
the values are not 100% correct but are 70% correct.
eg,
log 129= log 100 + 29 ~ 2.12(approx)
similarly do for antilog,
Its more good if you see the tables.
