i do coaching 02:00pm to 08:00pm ...

i want to know my time table for study.

You should follow the following time table for preparing for iit:

9:00 pm - 11:00 pm    ,    5 am to 7 am   ,    then 8am to 10 am  ,  and then 11am to 12 noon

Try this time table 

If you feel comfortable continue with this and if not then your main objective is to spend 6-7 hrs a day on self studies so you can make adjustments according to your schedule.
