You can first clear the base from ncert. Solve its questions and prefer a help book like companian chemistry dinesh. By solving step by step you can form your base strong and then can be able to solve iit questions

For strong base in chemistry you must go thoroughly through the NCERT book of chemistry and solve the exercise question given at the back

 Your weak point is chemistry..so work on it

Start with the Inorganic chemistry first,by roughly reading each chapters and try answering them

Next, note the questions which remained unanswered....in that way proceed...!!

    About the formulas, trying writing them down..
