I wish to improve my score CBSE Board exam (2012) so that my chance of selection increases in AIEEE and I cross the cut off 20%lie in IIT JEE.Will I have to appear in all the papers or I can chose the papers in which I wish to improve the score? Please comment if I can take this exam in any part of India?

It is not necessary to appear in all the subject for improvement. You can select the subject of your choice to improve performance.

And every student who have passed 12th from CBSE board can appear for improvement exam from any part of India.
