take NIT if you get ...try for electrical or IT at MNNIT in preference to nit bhopal cs

i suggest you choice no. 2 but final decision lies on you .think wat u want to do and select the option

choose core branch , in which u have interest, if not, then mining in IT-BHU is best

never comprimise with branch if u have interest in any..........
