I have appeared in IIT JEE 2012 and expect a fair rank(OBC) about 500. I want to know which of the course B.Tech or Dual degree is preferred on the terms of packages? which of the IIT madras,Delhi,Kanpur or Kharagpur is best for Elec. engg(Dual) as per my rank? which is best among the above mentioned colleges for mechanical engg.?
